White-label pool monitoring: what it means and how it works
White-label monitoring means your clients see your brand, not ours. Here is what that looks like in practice — from the hardware to the reports to the dashboard they log into.
What white-label means
White-label refers to a product or service that is produced by one company but sold under another company's brand. In the context of pool monitoring, it means your clients receive reports, alerts, and dashboard access that carry your company name and branding — not Senzo's.
From your client's perspective, the monitoring service is yours. You built it, you manage it, you provide the reports. Senzo provides the underlying infrastructure.
What your clients see
Monthly reports: A PDF summary of the month's pool chemistry data — pH range, ORP range, temperature trend, any alerts triggered and resolved. Formatted with your company logo and contact details.
Alert notifications: When a reading goes out of range, your client receives an SMS and email notification. Those notifications reference your company and direct them to contact you, not a third party.
Client portal: Your clients can log into a web portal to see their pool's current readings and historical data. The portal URL is your company's own subdomain — for example, monitor.yourcompanyname.com. The interface uses your branding.
What you see
Operations dashboard: A view of all the pools in your portfolio — current readings for each, any active alerts, battery levels on sensors, and a flag for any pools that have not reported recently. This is your daily operational tool.
Route intelligence: A simple prioritisation view showing which pools need attention today based on their current chemistry readings — not based on a fixed schedule.
Client management: Add and remove clients, assign sensors to properties, manage access to the client portal.
The hardware
The sensor hardware — the floating unit that measures pH, ORP, and temperature in the pool — is Senzo-supplied. You install it as part of your first service visit to a new monitoring client; the installation takes under an hour including pairing the sensor and confirming it is reporting correctly.
The sensor reports over its own mobile connection, with no dependency on the client's home WiFi. You do not need to collect WiFi passwords or troubleshoot connectivity at the property.
Replacement probe sets — the electrodes that measure pH and ORP — need replacing every twelve to eighteen months. Senzo supplies these directly to you.
The commercial arrangement
You pay Senzo a wholesale rate per pool per month. You charge your clients whatever you choose to charge for the monitoring service — the margin is yours. The wholesale rate is structured to give you a meaningful margin at market-rate client pricing.
There are no setup fees and no minimum contract length for the pilot phase. The first ten sensors are available at a reduced rate so you can validate the service with a subset of your portfolio before committing to a wider rollout.
Contact Senzo to discuss the commercial terms and arrange a demonstration.
