Built on the Costa del Sol, for the way property actually works there
Senzo started with a simple observation: a lot of the homes on this stretch of coast aren't lived in full-time, and the small things that would be caught immediately by someone living there end up costing real money.
Our story
Senzo was started by an owner living the problem first-hand. Watching neighbours return to find a leak that had run for a fortnight, or a pool that had been green for half the summer, the same thought kept surfacing: this should not be how it works in 2026.
The first version of Senzo was built for one villa. Then a neighbour asked for it. Then their pool company asked if they could resell it. Senzo grew out of that — quietly, one property at a time.
What we believe
- Monitoring should be simple. The owner shouldn't have to install an app to understand whether their property is OK.
- Hardware should be unobtrusive. A good sensor is one you forget is there.
- Alerts should mean something. If a notification arrives, it's because something actually needs attention.
